Last night I really struggled through my workout. I don't know what made it different than any other workout, but it just felt tough. And while I was trying to get some running in, I hurt the middle of my foot on the treadmill. It felt more like a cramp than an injury. It's still kinda sore today, but not swollen or bruised looking. Possibly could be related to the fact that I really need new running shoes. Anyhow, I just really felt deflated when I left the gym last night. I wanted to cry. But that's silly to cry over a workout right? We all have those days - at work, at the gym, with anything. But today is a new day to get in a great workout. I need this motivation today!

I think we all have those random tough days when working out, finding motivation sometimes is hard, sometimes a good cry is just a way to let out your stress, no biggie. Next time blast some awesome work out music to get going! :) And maybe some new hot pink running shoes would help you out too! ;)
Those days happen! I admire that you are sticking to your positive mindset. I firmly believe a new pair of shoes would help your foot pain - I also firmly believe a new pair of shoes can fix almost anything.

Good motivation! I'm going to start being better I swear! (After I pinned an ecard that said "I didn't make it to the gym today. That makes it 5 years in a row." and realized it was almost true, decided I should probably get going!)
Those days SUCK. Pinterest deinitely helps with inspiration though!
Love all of these! Girl, I have cried after more than one workout (and sometimes I'm still IN the gym when it happens). I think it is really about being frustrated. Not every day will be perfect, but true success is to keep going even after those really shity days. You got this!
Oh and buy new shoes!!! Not only is it good for your body, but it will give you a little bit of excitement to get a workout in!

I get frustrated with my workouts only because NOTHING that I do will make my tummy go away. My skin got stretched out with my last baby and my belly button is all screwed up. Ugh. I get so frustrated when I see girls my age that have 2-3 kids and don't have the loose skin problem. So discouraging.
