Heeeeey girlfriends! I have been laying low with really no excuse other than pure laziness. Friday we had the ice storm of the century in Knoxville and shit was cray! I couldn't even walk down my driveway, much less drive to work so I took an "ice day". See also ice day = fat day. Ugh! My whole weekend was very low key and I didn't really have much to take pictures of so this is a mini version of Weekend Update. I went to the gym, grocery store, Walgreens, did laundry...all the usual boring domestic weekend crap.

| THP (TN Highway Patrol) lost an officer on Friday during the crazy weather shenanigans. I was truly heartbroken to hear this and I will admit I cried even though I did not know this man. Coming from a family of LEO's, it's very real when a tragedy happens. God Bless all of our first responders! |

I love "Ice Day" hooky. We had that in high school once on the cape! We got a day off from school because just by waiting outside for the bus, there was a high chance of frostbite. Must have been crazy weather for you though.
Very jealous that you are gonna see Luke..I believe you must sneak back stage and either a}kidnap him b} he must let you go on tour with him!
Low key weekends are the best! I can't imagine have a state of emergency due to ice up here. I feel like we live in an igloo lol. I have a giveaway on the blog today that I think you'll be interested in lady friend.

I had a pretty low key weekend too, other than my brother`s birthday dinner. Sometimes you need those, though. Mr Bryan is definitely a good workout motivator! Hope you have a great day!
My thoughts go out to the Highway Patrol's family. One of my good friends is a cop and I always, always worry about him. It's hard.

Utah can handle snow like nobody's business, but that ice really threw us for a loop.
I am waiting for a relaxed weekend that just consists of domesticated stuff! I should have had an snow/ice/sleet/fog day today - all the schools did, but none of the universities did!
