Dear Self - I'm honestly a little proud of you after this week. It's okay to stumble as long as you pick yourself back up. Since Tuesday I have been eating right and working out, and honestly I already feel so much better. No lie. I will probably stumble again, but as long as I know I can redeem myself then I'm okay with that. #goshimsomature Dear Cutie at the Gym - Thank you for boosting this girl's self esteem Wednesday night by hitting on me! You're probably 21, but hey I'm okay with that! Dear Knoxville Blizzard of 2013 - you were so pretty while you lasted, but honestly I'm glad you're leaving today. The sun in shining and that makes me so happy. The high tomorrow is 54 but I'm going to act like it's 80.

I can't believe ya'll got that much snow! Everything down here in GA shuts down if we even see a flurry : ) Everyone goes all cray cray and runs to Wal Mart for milk and bread like the apocolypse is about to happen. Not me though, I just stock up on wine!!

When going through something as traumatic as what you did you're gonna have good days and bad days... but eventually the time in between will be less and less. So glad this week was better for you, and I definitely insist that you make out with a 21 year old at some point. I just feel like it would be a decision you wouldn't regret. Meow, cougar.

Great job eating right and working out! Everytime I start that train I feel a gagillion times better than when I don't. It's just the getting started part that's hard for me! So jealous you get a 3 day weekend! I'm not off on monday, boo!!!
It is near on impossible to be good with your diet in January as we're still in that party entertaining season I think. So sounds like your doing pretty good thus far :)

I'm married & I love if when a guy smiles at me at the gym, it's just that you know you are at your weakest there. No make up, hair looking crazy & I never match... That little smile just makes it all worth it to remind I still got it!
