You know those LONG days when the last time you think you have time for is a hard workout? Well we have a solution for you then! Mal, Hallie & I were approached by GI Jayne Fitness to review their 30 minute kickboxing video. Personally, I have wanted to try kickboxing forever so I was super excited!
Things I loved about it:
- 30 minutes and done - actually 25 minutes
- Beginner level
- The class on the DVD is full of different sized people, not just skinny girls
I can't complain about burning 250 cals in 25 minutes. That's an easy workout! It's perfect for a way to still get a workout in on a recovery day or a day when you just can't drag yourself to the gym.
SOOOOO....3 of you lucky #NOtivation believers will get the chance to win a copy of the DVD too!! Winners will be announced next Tuesday!
a Rafflecopter giveaway
And don't forget to link up your #NOtivation tips every Tuesday with us! We call all help inspire each other one tip at a time!

Ok. I love kick boxing. I may need to try this workout!
I love kick boxing! I used to do turbo fire and it was such a great workout!!
I've been wanting to try kick boxing but don't want to shell the money for the studios in the area! I noticed one of the other girls only burned 125 or 150 calories but this kind of sold me. Any calorie burned is good with me though. Sounds like fun!!
Awesome!! I've always wanted to try kick-boxing too, but feel like I would fail miserably haha!
Look at you go! I saw that you're starting in the mornings again. I love going in the mornings :)
I've only tried it once and I was pathetic :(
